Refund and returns policy.

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Dosed Peptides (“Dosed Peptides,” “we,” “our,” “us”). This Policy forms part of the Dosed Peptides Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Dosed Peptides supplies research-use-only peptides, chemicals, and laboratory materials. Due to strict quality control, safety regulations, chain-of-custody requirements, and the sensitive nature of our products, Dosed Peptides maintains the following strict, industry-standard policies.

1. All sales are final (no returns)

Due to safety, sterility, contamination, and regulatory considerations, all sales are final. Dosed Peptides does not accept returns of any products — open or unopened — under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated in Section 4. This policy is essential to maintain:

• Sterility and purity of research compounds
• cGMP chain-of-custody integrity
• Regulatory compliance
• Prevention of tampering and contamination
• Laboratory safety standards

Once products leave our facility, they cannot legally or safely be returned, restocked, or reused.

2. Product nature — research use only

All Dosed Peptides products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, or diagnostic use. Because these are sensitive, non-consumable research materials: returns cannot be accepted; refunds are not provided; only verified issues may qualify for replacement or store credit; and Dosed Peptides retains sole discretion over all claim decisions.

3. Order cancellations

3.1 Cancellation window

Orders may be cancelled only if Dosed Peptides receives your cancellation request before your order enters processing or ships. Orders typically enter processing within 1–4 hours of being placed.

3.2 Non-cancelable once processing begins

Once an order is being prepared, packaged, or has shipped it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered.

3.3 How to request cancellation

Email support@dosedpeptides.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request” and include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation. If your order has not yet entered processing, a cancellation may be granted. If not, your request will be denied.

4. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

While all products undergo inspection prior to shipment, issues may occasionally occur during transit. Dosed Peptides will only review replacement or credit requests under the criteria below.

4.1 Required reporting window

You must report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

4.2 Required documentation

To initiate a claim, email support with the subject “Order Issue – Claim Request” and include your order number, a written description of the issue, and photos of the product, the vials or containers, the lot or batch number, the security seals, the internal packaging, and the shipping box and its external condition. Video is recommended for verification. Include any tracking discrepancies.

4.3 Photo verification and lot number requirement

Dosed Peptides may request additional photos, videos, or documentation. Customers must provide clear, verifiable evidence including close-ups of lot numbers, seal integrity, packaging condition, and product labels. Claims cannot be processed without verifiable evidence.

4.4 Sole discretion

Dosed Peptides retains the exclusive right to determine whether a claim is valid, qualifies for replacement, qualifies for store credit, or does not qualify for any remedy. All decisions are final.

4.5 Remedies (if approved)

If a claim is approved, Dosed Peptides may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement product, provide store credit, or provide an alternative remedy. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only in rare, exceptional cases.

5. Shipping issues and non-delivery

5.1 Risk of loss

Risk transfers to the customer once the package is provided to the carrier. Dosed Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, carrier delays, or weather-related delays.

5.2 Incorrect addresses

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, Dosed Peptides is not liable for reshipment and no refund or replacement will be provided. Reshipment may be offered at cost at our discretion.

6. International orders

International shipping is not allowed. Orders may be shipped only to eligible addresses within the United States. No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

By placing an order, you agree that you will not file chargebacks for issues covered by this Policy. Chargebacks are considered a breach of contract. Improper chargebacks may result in account termination, placement on internal restricted lists, submission to fraud databases, and legal action to recover the disputed amount, processor fees, administrative costs, and collection costs. If a true unauthorized transaction occurred, Dosed Peptides will fully cooperate with your financial institution.

8. Refund processing (if issued at discretion)

If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method only, excludes shipping fees, and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

9. Customer responsibility

By purchasing from Dosed Peptides, you agree to provide accurate shipping information, inspect orders immediately upon delivery, report issues within 48 hours, follow product handling requirements, and use products only for lawful research purposes.

10. Force majeure

Dosed Peptides is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or carrier failures.

11. Modifications to this policy

Dosed Peptides may update this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
